Lori McKenzie joins Sphere as Strategic Advisor
Newest addition to the Sphere team brings decades of 401(k) experience

San Francisco, CA - Sphere welcomes Lori McKenzie, who most recently led Schwab's retirement plan sales for the Western US, to its Advisory Board.
Lori brings over 35 years of experience in financial services, with the last 25 focused on the retirement plan industry. She spent more than two decades at Charles Schwab, where she served as Vice President of the Western Region for Retirement Plan Sales, leading a team and building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and service teams. Prior to that, Lori was at Liberty Securities, where she spent nearly a decade as a financial consultant and regional manager.
A longtime industry leader, advisor, and mentor, Lori has served on the boards of the San Francisco Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco. Lori’s deep experience with retirement plan sales will be invaluable as Sphere continues to expand access to climate-friendly 401(k) investing across major platforms.
